    Forum Channel Updates

A new permission has been added that allows you to control who can post messages in your forum channels, allowing you to better control the interactions that happen in your forums. Forum channels have been updated to separate topic voting from roadmap statuses. This change means you can now enable forum statuses without also enabling topic voting, allowing for greater flexibility in managing forum interactions.

    Iframe Deeplinks

With the new iframe deep links, you can incorporate links into any iframe channel. When clicked, users will be redirected directly to the associated page—be it a milestone, badge collection, store page, or any other channel. This means that you can embed direct links into your community wherever you see fit.

Login Streak Field Added to User List

We’ve added a new Login Streak field in the user list. This feature enables you to incorporate user streak tracking as part of your milestones and referral conditions, rewarding consistent engagement.

    - UI improvements across leaderboards and banner image changes for a cleaner, more user-friendly experience.

    - Resolved multiple UI bugs on the milestone user front.

    - Fixed an issue on V2 that prevented replies with attached images from being sent.

    - Fixed a bug that was causing users to be unable to send image-only messages in chat.

    Forum Channel Updates

We’ve updated the forum sorting in the "latest" tab so that topics are now sorted based on the most recent comment rather than the topic creation date. This ensures that active, ongoing discussions are more visible and easily accessible to your community. In addition, forum topic views now reflect the total number of views rather than just unique views. This change gives you a more comprehensive understanding of overall engagement, highlighting the full extent of interest in any given topic.

    New Outgoing Webhook Events

We’re excited to introduce new outgoing webhook events that trigger whenever users complete a milestone or referral condition. These events ensure that you can automate and monitor key community activities in real-time, keeping your integrations and automated processes tightly coordinated.

    Forum Channels on Mobile

We’ve implemented an updated UI specifically for Forum Channels on mobile. This improvement offers a more streamlined and intuitive interface for mobile users, making it even easier to browse, participate in, and manage forum discussions on the go.

    Enhanced Webhook Security and Tracking

We’ve added an AES key option for outgoing webhooks—with support for both CBC and GCM encryption methods—to bolster security on your outbound requests significantly. Additionally, we’ve introduced a log that tracks the history of incoming webhooks, providing you with greater transparency and traceability in your integrations.
