    Milestones & Referral Conditions Upgrade

We’ve updated our milestones and referral conditions so that they can now award roles and tags that override and replace previously owned ones. This enhancement allows you to set up a dynamic system where members automatically move to higher-tier roles as they hit new milestones, while their lower-tier roles are removed—ensuring that rewards accurately reflect their progress.

    Forum Channels on Mobile

We’ve implemented an updated UI specifically for Forum Channels on mobile. This improvement offers a more streamlined and intuitive interface for mobile users, making it even easier to browse, participate in, and manage forum discussions on the go.

    Enhanced Webhook Security and Tracking

We’ve added an AES key option for outgoing webhooks—with support for both CBC and GCM encryption methods—to bolster security on your outbound requests significantly. Additionally, we’ve introduced a log that tracks the history of incoming webhooks, providing you with greater transparency and traceability in your integrations. To further improve your store's connectivity, we’ve added a new outgoing webhook event—“store purchase”—which triggers when a user makes a purchase from the store and includes detailed item information like the item name, description, and more.

    Bug Fixes and Improvements:

    - Fixed some UI bugs on the badge management page.

    - Fixed a bug that prevented a user tag from being added to imported users.

    - Optimized our YouTube API calls for better performance.

    Role Translation Settings

We’ve migrated role translation settings from V1 to V2, so you can now fully customize translations for each role. Determine the display names for roles in each chosen language, making your community multilingual and more accessible.

    Community Settings Cleanup

We’ve cleaned up our community settings on V2 by removing duplicate options and rearranging items for more straightforward navigation. Now, every setting is simpler to find, ensuring you spend less time searching and more time managing your community.

    Unsubscribe Link for Email Notifications

    Badge Request Webhook Trigger

We’ve introduced a new webhook trigger for "badge request." Now, whenever a user submits a badge request, this trigger activates, enabling automated badge assignments and promptly notifying administrators. This streamlines the process, ensuring badge requests are handled efficiently and without delay.

    Multiple Social Media Account Integration

Community owners can now connect more than one social media account per platform. This enhancement means you can set up social quests across multiple accounts, expanding your reach and engagement opportunities by leveraging various social media channels simultaneously.

    AI Translations for Community Emails

We’re also rolling out AI translations for community emails! When users register, their browser language is detected, ensuring that all subsequent email communications are automatically translated into the language they’re most comfortable with.

    Bug Fixes and Improvements:

    - Fixed a bug causing users in the user list to temporarily disappear when a new user joins.

    - Fixed an issue causing AI translations to not work on the new forum channels.

    Custom Field Integrations

We’ve improved our custom field integrations so that rewards are now assigned to users in real time! Previously, completed referral conditions required an extra step—like logging in or sending a message—to sync the data. Now, everything updates instantly, making rewards tracking faster and more reliable.

    Expanded Destination URL Feature

Building on last week’s destination URL feature, we’ve expanded its capabilities. In addition to redirecting new users, you can now also automatically send logged-in users to specific channels. This makes it even easier to guide your community to important channels, such as those for rules or special events.

    User List Export Enhancements

We’ve improved our user list export function, too. When exporting your user list to CSV, you now have the option to export only the fields you select in your custom fields dropdown. This gives you a more streamlined and customizable way to manage your community data.
